How come I spent so much on food, yet, at the end of the day, I basically had eaten nothing but a cup of coke and several biscuits, no consumption of vitamins, nor protein. What's wrong? Time, it's the time. I've been doing something else in every minute, endlessly. No time for a shot of espresso in the morning. Besides, I bought ingredients for meals, not the food you grab and eat. Again, it's time, it takes time to transfer ingredients into food. At this moment I see what's wrong. How to get more time? Sleep less? Eat less—nothing to eat though? Do no chores, let it be chaotic? A scene has been lingering on my mind for a while, where I have saved up for a flight ticket to somewhere new, somwhere nobody knows me, I packed my luggage—nothing to pack though, I sat n a train alone for few hours, then I arrive at the airport, I passed the security check and the customs, I left, I didn't look back. Will it become true? Can anyone tell me, please?
