Back To The Sea
Decades later, I finally gathered all my strength to go back to the sea where I witnessed Moi being gulped by the out-of-nowhere billow but I couldn't do anything to save Moi. I sat in the scorching midsummer breeze. The waves calmly scoured the sand.
The village changed enormously. Sturdy and higĥer berms were built along the banks. All the previous neighbours' houses occupied with unfamiliar faces.
The trench has splitted wider all these years. The A reached to the highest paradise to take bites of the sweetest red fruits whilst the F dropped into the lowest abyss to choke on the bitterest berry so as to not die.
My deep-sea phobia is cured.
