Drenched
Grey clouds in the morning sky tried to stop my departure, but I've learned from last time — same level of dark cloud but not a single drop of rain just sunny all day.
Two hours later, when I saw rain dropping from my hat, all my back was wet, all my pants were wet, I finally admitted I bet it wrong. I stayed under the rain for one hour, temperature was 57.2 °F. Hands were pale in coldness.
I didn't find shelter, I walked into the rain with the weight in my hand. Sorry, my new socks, first day to go with y'all now all drenched in rain.
